We got some new watercolour paints recently from deepdeeplight watercolours in Latvia. They hand-make all their own paints and we got six colours - zinc white, Indian Indigo, Ancient green earth, Ancient red, pyrolosite (black) and Caput Mortuum. We also got six spot colour samples, light umbra, golden gold ochre, dark umbra, juniper (green), Masha's green and blueberry.
We used most of these colours on a watercolour sketch of one of the Celtic cross headstones we saw at Highgate Cemetery in London a few years ago.....
