 I've got a feeling that the people in the flat (apartment) below me that have access to the back garden have moved out.  I used to regularly see them weeding out there or sitting in the sun at weekends with a cold drink or hanging out laundry.  I haven't seen them since before I went to Paris over a month ago, and the plants in the garden are turning Triffid.  Like this Giant Thistle at least 4 feet high now!!

We got Tiger Lilies out too!!!  Lily Triffids!!

Shame in a way but good for wildlife I'd imagine

 A few days ago, we had loads of rain overnight...... and a VERY large puddle the next day!!!

 Then I found a CD that I can alter!!!

And I got a poppy to remember people with!!!

 We had a very blowy "storm" ride through a few weeks ago, and this is the extent of the "damage".  The tree got strapped back up to the pole later in the day, and is still surviving upright!!!

A few random shots of the back garden over the last few weeks, starting with an Upstart Seagull.  He still has speckled feathers so you can tell he's a kiddie.

Another weekend we had torrential rain and that's all we could see through the window!!!!!

More recently, we've had new neighbours move into the garden!!!

 We had a ginger cat visit the back garden over the summer.  I think he was a bit shy but he visited a few times.

And this bush had flowers this year for the first tme ever!!  Pretty pink ones...!!!

 The downstairs neighbours have done some serious weeding recently - and the two fuschia bushes have flowers on them for the first time since I've lived here!!!  (that's 12 years!!)
