Today we had a bit of a lie-in and then went downstairs for breakfast! We had cornflakes an coffee!! We had a chat with another couple staying at the hotel and their room, the light wouldn't turn on!!!
Later, we had another coffee and a croissant!
Then we had to go upstairs and finish packing!
And then we headed off down the road!!!
We found a bus stop - but we're not going home just yet!
We got on a C10 bus and gave them a floppy disc!
And we're off somewhere else! All these people are going to work!
We're not.
And we got off here!!
That's a big statue of a famous artist called Millais!
We're at the Tate Britain!!!
We're going to see the Van Gogh expedition again!!!
HUZZAH!
It opens in an hour's time and WE'RE FIRST IN LINE!
We're so excited!
But since we had a bit of time, we decided we'd have a quick look round and then sat and read a book in the sunshine! About half an hour later, people started turning up so we went back to the entrance and got in line to get in!
Apparently Van Gogh used to wear a top hat!!!

That one's by a chap called Whistler.
We like his drawings too.... better than ours!
This painting was one of the two last painting Van Gogh was working on when he died. It's of a place called Auvers which is on the northern outskirts of Paris, on the river Oise.
That was a brilliant expedition! And because we were the first people in, there was loads of space to move about and see the paintings properly! Before we left, we used the facilities....
And then did a spot of shopping in the gift shop! (we'll show you later!)
Then it was back to the bus stop!
And we got another C10 going the other way!
they got a CD!
We got off at Pimlico again and waited for another bus.....
This time it was a 360 bus!
And they got a floppy disc!!
We got off here at South Kensington!!!
Posh buildings here, eh?!
Fancy underground signs too!
Then, because we were getting hungry, we went off for lunch!
to Pierino's!!! HURRAH!
We got the drinks in.....
and then got a Nettuno pizza that we ate so fast, they asked if we wanted another one!!!!
After that, we sauntered up to Brompton Road towards the V&A museum.
And then we got another bus!
We got the 14 to Horrids!!!
Of course, we HAD to go in!!!
Posh, innit?
We spent a bit of money too!! (we'll show you later!)
And then it was back to the bus stop.....
To get a C1 bus.....
Back to Victoria Station! It was time to go home!
We didn't have to wait too long for the train - we got a window seat as well!
And we're off!
But we couldn't make a video of crossing the Thames because this other train was in the way!!!
But we made some other video's instead!!
And then we arrived at Brighton!!
There was a bus going home soonest from this bus stop so we waited here for a couple of minutes
And then when we got off the bus, we spotted Charlie Cat having a sun bathe!!
Here's our shopping!! We got lots of Manga cards!!
And we got bis kwits from Fortnums for Arnty Bev and some choccies for Andrea's Dad's birthday. They're in the fridge. But don't tell anyone.
We got a book from the Tate Britain!!
And some chocolates from Horrids!
What a brilliant little trip!!
