Today we got up early because we were going to meet Edward and Arnty Bev!!!
We decided to have a walk though town and we found a piggie!
And a snail outside Brighton town hall!!!
That's his bum!
It's night time on this side of the snail!
And that's the front!
It's got a doggie on it!!!
This one's Nee Nor by Brighton Pier!!!
He's even got a licence plate on the back!!!
It's a proper Police snail!!!
With flashing lights and everything!!!
I like NeeNor!
We had to wait for a bit for the Pier to open and I noticed it had seahorses on it!!!
Then we went in and played the arcade games!!! We didn't do very well on the 2p games but then we changed to the 10p games and started winning prizes!!!
We got loads!!!
Then we had to go to a cafe nearby to meet up with Arnty Vicky!!!
Arnty Bev gave us a present and said we had to open it now!!!
It's a mousie!!!! And it tinkles because it's a mousie bell!!!
Oh what fun!!!
After we had tea, we had a walk back through town to get some stuff and we found another skull!
Then we went to the seafront to find some more snails!! This one's by the bandstand
His bum's asleep!!!!!!!!
it was a bit too blowy to sit on his head though.
I love the bandstand! It's pretty!
Here we've got the i360 tower, the bandstand, and the dilapidated West Pier remains in the background.
This is the quadronailia by the i360 tower!! We met Diane here! We're going for lunch!
He's got a Union Jack bum!
I like him!
Me and Edward sat on his head!!!
A bit further along was another ice cream snail!
He's kinda funny!!
Me and Edward sat on his head as well!!!
Then we went over the road to the Melrose for lunch!!!
What shall we have..... ummmmm......
We had a bit of bread and butter to nibble on, with a fizzy drink.
And then we had the fish platter wiv chips and it was proper nommy!! We had trouble finishing it though!
After a long lunch, we had a short walk along the road to find this snail!
He's got a stripy bum!
Diane decided to photobomb us!!!!
This one's called Iris!
And a bit further along was this one!!
Diane AND Arnty Bev photobombed this one!!!!! What are they DOING?!?!?!
His name's Arthur!!
Can you see me and Edward here?!?!
After seeing this one, Arnty Bev had to go home and Diane had to go back to Eastbourne and we had to get the bus home to do our food shopping.
What a brilliant day out!!!
Great piggy!
ReplyDeleteAnd I love those snails.
The police snail license plate says DEAD SLOW... funny!!! I'm losing track of how many snails you've seen though - there are tonnes it seems.
ReplyDeleteHahahaa! Yeah, I love that number plate too!!! There's 50 snails altogether and the other day, I counted up that we'd seen 29 of them so far!!!
