A Day at the Faces

We got up early today, and went off on an adventure!!!

Wonder where we're going?

Ooo we're getting a train somewhere!  Excellent!

We didn't have to wait long for our train either!

And we're off!!

Oooo!!!  We're heading into London!

There's the Shard!!

But we didn't get off there.....

We went through Blackfriars Station too, but we didn't get off there either!

We got off here!!!

We used the facilities and left them a CD and then washed our paws carefully.

Then it was straight outside to the bus stop!

That's St Paul's up there!!

We left a weathergram on the information board.

BUS BINGO ALERT!!!  We got the number 26 bus!

And we got off here at Trafalgar Square!!

We had to walk up the road a bit next, past the National Gallery

And came round the back here, the National Gallery!

We're going to see an expedition!!

OK, so we go to the other end of this corridor.....

There it is!!!  Let's go in!

They had some of his lithograph prints in here

We like his prints!

And they also had his oil paintings too

I like this one, even though it's unfinished!

That one's a bit weird.....!!

Afterwards we had a rummage in the gift shop (we'll show you later) and then used the facilities.  We left them a floppy disc and then washed our paws carefully.

After that, we had a wander up Charing Cross Road deciding where we wanted to have lunch.

We found an interesting bookshop too

All about witches and crystals and tarot and that kind of thing!

Then we decided to have a look in here!

We checked the menu and found something we'd like to try!

We started with a fizzy drink

And then had a butter chicken curry burger with poppadoms on top and koffman fries!!!

This one's a bit mad!!!!!

And very messy too, but it tasted rather good actually!!  We ate it all, anyway!

Then we had a wander back towards Trafalgar Square to get another bus

Gosh, we have perfect weather today!

Aha here's our bus stop!

We left a weathergram here too!

That's Canada House over the road.....

BUS BINGO ALERT!!!  We got the number 88!

And we're off!!

Coo this is fun!

OH!  That building has mosaics on it!  Do you see?

And we got off here....

There's the BT tower!

And there's our next bus stop on the Euston Road!

BUS BINGO ALERT!  We're getting the 18!!

They got a floppy disc!

And we got off here at the last stop.

We left a CD on the railings here!

And then walked over to the British Library and left a bookcrossing book to be found!

We left another floppy disc on the hand rail here!

And then wandered over to here!

We're heading home now!

There's the Fortnum & Mason shop!

We used the facilities again and left another CD on the door.

And then headed down to the station.  Only a few minutes for our train!

And we got a window seat too!!!

And how going towards Brighton!

And we're back!!!

We managed to get a bus straight away and got off at the last stop, here!  Then it's just a short walk home!

We got some postcards and badges (buttons) from the gift shop

And an interesting book from the witchy shop.

What a fun day out!
