This morning we all gathered in front of the telly to watch some party thingy happening in London.
There were lots of people in silly hats on horses.
Ooo that's Buckingham Palace!!! King Charlie lives there!!!
Ooo.... what's happening?
OH!! Big fancy carriage with white horsies!!
OH!! King Charles and Queen Consort Camilla are going to Westminster Abbey to pick up their new crowns!!
They're having a big parade!!
Oooo - going through Admiralty Arch here!!
....and turning into Whitehall!! That statue on the left is of King Charles 1st - he had his head chopped off, you know.
Oh wow!!! There's loads of people on the pavements waving!!
And here's the King arriving at Westminster Abbey!!
And there's Camilla's new hat!!! Well it isn't BRAND new but it's new on her head because the Queen wore it for 70 years to drink her tea at Balmoral.
And this one is the King's new hat, and a round rock thing. Well, not BRAND new but it's new for the King's head anyway.
And here he is walking up the Abbey to his chair.
Actually he got several chairs to sit in. This one was the first chair.
After a while and a change of clothes, they put screens around him because they didn't want us to see this bit. Probably had to change his pants or something.
Mind you, it's a very pretty screen.
Ah, yes, I see. He's got his gold dressing gown on. And holding a big sword.
Then it was Camilla's go.
They've finished dressing him up now.
Right, they're off back home for lunch now.
They're riding in this coach now.
And they got loads AND LOADS of marching military bands!!! They went on for a WHOLE MILE!!!!
THERE'S LOADS OF THEM!!
LOADS AND LOADS!! And they were all going bom diddley bom, bom di bom di bom, stomp stomp stomp!! Marching military bands are good at that!!!
Oh here we go, they're off!!
Oh there's Prince and Princess of Wales and Prince Louis as well. Prince Louis is epic!!

Oh wow!!! Now the crowds of people are being allowed to march up!!
THERE'S MILLIONS OF THEM!!

And there's the King and Queen on the balcony in their new hats!!
