We got a letter and a big package today!!!
We opened the letter from America first........
It had artistamps in it!!!! Hurray!!
Then we opened the big package. Andrea said she'd bought us an early Christmas present and we can open it now!!!
There's two things in it!
First was this one - what is it??
It's a bottle of ink - Caroube de Chypre ink from France - but it's not just ANY ol' ink, apparently....
It's got gold bits in it!!!
You can see the gold bits better on the bottom - see?!
The other present was a calligraphy pen set!!! It's got six nibs, a converter thingy for using our posh ink in the bottle, and four ink cartridges in black, blue, green and red!!!
Oh what fun!!!
We can write our thank you notes with this, can't we?!?!?!?!?!!!!
Mail! Yipee.
ReplyDeleteSooo... does your mail come in one of those little itty bitty mail boxes or do you have like a huge one? Or do parcels get dropped in front of your door? Or do you have to run to the corner post office to pick them up... Or maybe you just have your dedicated post office counter cause you get so much mail???
ReplyDeleteThe postman comes round with a red trolley and then puts my mail through a letterbox in my front door and it all goes "THUMP" on the floor!!!
