Mr Scooter.

Please stop by Bob T Bear's and Dilly's Mums' blog http://sketchandcolour.blogspot.co.uk/2012/09/farewell-our-sweet-gentle-lad.html - they had to say goodbye to Mr Scooter yesterday.  He was 19 AND a half.

We're making Scoobygrams for them to hang in their garden.  They're like weathergrams we do on the found art blog, but all about Scooter and Cats.

We're going to miss Scooter.

The Gauguin book giveaway

I have another book to give away, this one's all about Paul Gauguin.

It's a soft back book in good condition.  I've offered this up as a giveaway before but with no "takers" so I'm trying again.  First one to leave a comment on this post gets it!!

LOOK WHAT WE SAW!!!!

Something really exciting happened last Sunday!!!!  We we sitting on the sofa by the window, when this bird flew down and sat on the wall, only a few feet away from us!!  Andrea gasped and said is that, is that, no it can't be, but I think it is......

It's a Kestrel, she thinks!!!  The photo's a bit fuzzy but we didn't want to scare it away.....

We got visited by a Kestrel!!!!!!!

And a Murial!!

Whilst I was out photographing those cable boxes below, I found a new grafitti murial too!!!

Here are some more cable box thingies that I found in the last couple of months that have been decorated!

at the time of posting (4th Sept 2012) I've spotted another three new ones that I need to go photograph!!

This badger and monkey are next to each other!!

We found the above and the badger back in May 2012. 

The ones after the badger was the start of the collection!!!

 While we've been walking around over the last couple of weeks, we've spotted some decorated electric/telephone cable boxes!!!!!  So we've started a new photo collection!!

 This one has a portrait on it!!!

 And this one is a snowman!!!!!  And he doesn't melt in the sun either!!!

 The side had a happy christmas message on it!!

 Hmmmm....

 I think this one's my favourite!!!  We see this one from the bus when we go to work!!!

I think they made this one specially for George and Dilly!!!
