New lino!!

We made a new lino this weekend!!!  It's Thor's hammer with the rune Thurisaz in it.

We did the first print in my new sketchbook notebook.

That's a broken piece of pottery on the page, from the Thames. 

Then we started printing up a sheet of tissue paper with it!

That's the first sheet....

Then we made a slightly bigger sheet using craft paper!

Not bad huh?!

We made a copper coloured sheet as well....!

And ANOTHER little package!!

We got a fragile box today.  We shook it and nothing rattled so it's not broken.

PAPER STUFFING!!!  Brilliant - we can use that for printing on!!!

Oh!  What's this then?

It's smelly incense - wonder if Tango's been farting too much then?

We got a present!!!

We got a little package today too!!

It had a note addressed to Andrea in it but she said I could open it!

OOOOOOooooooooooo!!

It's a Hare!  It's shiny and embossed too!

Oh - there's something else enclosed that we might be able to use?

OH!  Wax seals with the Viking Yggdrasil tree!

We can use these in our Rune Readings book!

Oh how exciting!!!

We been shopping again, you know.....!

We had a box arrive yesterday!!!  Andrea NEARLY opened it without me!

OOOOooooo what did we get??!!

It's very well packaged, whatever it is!!

Andrea says it's an oil burner - and it's got a tea light on the bottom bit and we got a free strawberry flavoured wax melt as well!  Apparently that goes on the top bit.

Oh what fun!

We got a package through our letter box today - but we didn't buy anything.....

Letters from afar - Serengeti

I got a letter addressed to ME the other day!!

It's from Arnty Isabelle!  She's in the Serengeti!!!

Camping with all the animals!  Oh wow!!!

She sent me more stamps for my collection!  One's from Bangladesh and the other one's Canadian!

I know people who live in Canada......

We got a postcard from Dilly today!!!!! She made it all by herself!

We got a package in the post today.... it's addressed to me but I'm not expecting anything....

We got sent LOADS of broken jewellery bits to use on the CDs we make!!!!!

AND we got a new bear!!!!!

He's sitting on the bear chair now chatting away with the others!!

Oh!  We got some more sparkly glass sneks!!  I love them!!

And LOADS of beads!!!  Loads and loads!!

We got gold ones too but were so excited we forgot to take a picture of them!!!

And we got got pearly beads too!!!

And a load of little bits & pieces!

AND a bloo marbol!  I collect marbols!!!

Oh how exciting!!!

(and the weird thing is, that last Monday, we chose rune Gebo for our morning rune..... and that one says you're going to get a gift.  And it was true...... which is kinda spooky.....!!)
